Mr. Farhad Ali is the Deputy Regional Director – Asia Pacific at Vital Strategies, based in Singapore. With over 18 years of experience in public health, development leadership, and program management, he has led transformative health initiatives across 20+ Asia-Pacific cities under the Partnership for Healthy Cities network.

A specialist in urban health, NCD prevention, and policy advocacy, Mr. Ali has worked with global organizations such as USAID, the World Bank, Evidence Action, Save the Children, and UNICEF, driving impactful health system reforms and digital innovations. His work bridges policy and practice, fostering cross-sector partnerships that strengthen health systems and promote equitable, sustainable urban health outcomes.
