And, unfortunately, the ones who frequently face the brunt of people&#8217;s frustrations\u2014be it from patients, attendants, or even internal departments. Machines can\u2019t replace human kindness, understanding, or decision-making.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Instead of fearing change, the front office and billing staff should see it as an opportunity. With the right training and attitude, they will continue to play a vital role in the hospital of the future.
