Duration of on job training
- There will not be any on-the-job training. However, the participants would be required to go as observers on home visits with a palliative home care team for 3 days/week. For outstation trainees, training may be done online and 20 days of observership may be done later at their convenience. A certificate will be issued only after completion of the observership.
