Dr. Nidhi Kewalramani is the Program Director for Healthcare Skilling at Tech Mahindra Foundation, with nearly 19 years of experience in the healthcare sector, including over a decade in healthcare education and workforce development.
In her role, she leads the design of industry-relevant curricula and digital learning content to strengthen allied healthcare training across India. She also serves on the Governing Body of the Maharashtra State Board of Skill Development and as a Subject Expert Committee Member at Parul University, Gujarat.
Dr. Nidhi has pioneered several impactful initiatives, including the “Eye-Connect” program and the “Community Health Entrepreneur” model, improving healthcare accessibility at the grassroots level. She is also credited with scaling allied healthcare skilling through a Hub & Spoke model, enhancing both reach and impact.
With her expertise in healthcare skilling, curriculum innovation, and digital transformation, Dr. Nidhi brings valuable insights into shaping a future-ready healthcare workforce.
