The past two years have underscored the importance of having a strong healthcare infrastructure in the country. At Tech Mahindra Foundation, we understand the need and significance of allied healthcare professionals as a support system for the healthcare sector. Therefore, we are continuously working towards building our strengths in the form of our SMART Academies for Healthcare across India. Following the immense success of our all-women Tech Mahindra SMART Academy for Healthcare, Mumbai, we are coming up with our second academy at Navi Mumbai.

नवी मुंबई में स्थित, इस नवनिर्मित संबद्ध स्वास्थ्य प्रशिक्षण संस्थान में विश्व स्तरीय बुनियादी ढांचे के साथ 12000 वर्ग फुट क्षेत्र शामिल होगा, जिसमें व्यक्तिगत प्रशिक्षण के लिए 8 अच्छी तरह से सुसज्जित कक्षाएं और बुनियादी कौशल प्रयोगशाला, ऑपरेशन थिएटर लैब, कार्डियक केयर सहित 7 प्रयोगशालाएं शामिल हैं। तकनीशियन लैब, एमएलटी लैब और आईटी लैब आदि। With these specialised labs, the students will get to learn in the hospital like set-up to help them get hands-on experience with medical equipment. This academy have expert and experienced faculty for best-in-class training along with an industry-accepted curriculum.

The SMART Healthcare Academy, Navi Mumbai will offer a variety of diploma and allied healthcare certificate courses like General Duty Assistant, Hospital Front Office & Billing Executing (PG), Phlebotomy Technician, Nursing Care, Hospital Hygiene Assistant, Medical Lab Technician and Medical Sales Representative course accredited by organisations like Life Sciences Sector Skill Development Council (LSSDC) & HSSC (Healthcare Sector Skill Council).

विशेषज्ञ स्वास्थ्य देखभाल प्रशिक्षण के अलावा, अकादमी छात्रों को शुरुआत से ही नौकरी के लिए तैयार करने के लिए बुनियादी कौशल यानी स्पोकन इंग्लिश, व्यक्तित्व विकास, बेसिक आईटी और सॉफ्ट स्किल्स में सक्षम बनाएगी। आगामी अकादमी में प्रमुख अस्पतालों और स्वास्थ्य सुविधाओं में सर्वश्रेष्ठ ऑन-द-जॉब प्रशिक्षण और प्लेसमेंट के अवसरों की सुविधा के लिए एक विशेषज्ञ प्लेसमेंट टीम होगी।
