Medical Record Technician Course Objective and Curriculum
SMART Academy offers the Medical Record Technician course in Navi Mumbai, Mohali, Delhi and Mumbai that trains students to handle medical case sheets and records in a scientific manner. These courses educate the students on how to prepare a file for storage and keep a straight record of the files after checking it for completion. They are trained on the ICD 10 system (International Classification of Diseases 10) and are briefed about entering the appropriate code into categorised filing systems. They are also tutored about filing reports as required by the local health and governmental authorities as laid down in the country. These special Medical record Technician courses build the foundation of medical students and trains them for on ground duty.
